Catalyst Acoustics Group, the parent company of an elite group of acoustic, seismic, vibration and noise control companies, proudly announces the acquisition of Madrid Inc., a California-based leader in wood products for architectural ceilings and wood elements. Madrid is distinguished in the industry for its premium acoustical wood solutions, providing customizable veneer and stain options showcased in locations worldwide.

Max previously held the position of Architectural Sales Estimator at Sound Seal. Over the course of three years with the company, he took on projects with increasing responsibility and often assisted the organization’s in-house corporate marketing team on various projects. This new position will allow him to leverage both his work experience and education.

AGAWAM, Mass. – February 13, 2024 – Catalyst Acoustics Group (CAG), the parent company of an elite group of acoustic, seismic, vibration and noise control companies currently including Fräsch, IAC Acoustics, Kinetics Noise Control, Lamvin, Noise Barriers and Sound Seal, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Real Acoustix LLC, a Utah-based manufacturer of custom acoustical wood and  architectural interior products.  

Hritzak holds a Journalism degree from Bowling Green State University and joins Catalyst Acoustics Group possessing nearly two decades of relevant, progressive experience. He most recently served as the Director of Marketing at Recora, a B2B health tech company, where he was responsible for significantly increasing website sessions and webinar attendance, and the creation of the organization’s marketing collateral and content across social media channels. Prior to this role, he held marketing and sales support positions at several Columbus-based companies where he honed his skills in the areas of traditional and digital advertising, market research and branding.

Chris has 15 years of digital marketing experience across a variety of industries and disciplines. He is responsible for website content and maintenance across all Catalyst companies’ websites, tactical execution of paid marketing campaigns, email marketing and social media strategies.  

For the past two decades, Knueven has risen in the ranks at Kinetics, most recently serving as the company’s Marketing Manager. This new role expands his focus, allowing him the opportunity to make a greater impact on the branding, marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts of all brands in the Catalyst portfolio.

Ms. Drummond will be responsible for all aspects of CAG’s businesses based out of Illinois, including manufacturing operations and leadership of two CAG brands: IAC Acoustics and Noise Barriers.
